This project was done for the Art Culture course at George Brown College.
MATERIALS

-Diamond stickers
-Thread
-Black foam board
-Glue stick
-Ruler
-Black paper
-Box cutter
-Fake eyelashes
-Clay
STEP 1
Mark size 10 x 15 inch on black foam board and use box cutter to cut it off.
Crop black paper in strap size 1x10 and 1x15, and use glue to stick on every connected edge.
Finial box would be like this.
STEP 2
Cover two pieces of eyelid and put fake eyelash and diamond sticker on.
A close look.
Additional Works
Brain:
Shape clay in strip form.
Make a gap in the middle of main clay.
Put those pre-made strip forms on it and try to keep balance.
Painting is optional.
Heart:
Stick eyes on inside of box.
I wanted to add more texture details so I painted full-wall white dots after that I painted it again back in all black.
Follow the vision of eye to knit the threads.
STEP 4
Final look with lighting effects.
CONCLUSION
One of the challenge for me was the knitting part. It occupied most of my time when I'm doing this project but I'm very glad to see the result. Everything is worth.
